Children's Faith Formation Registration

WELCOME TO CHILDREN'S FAITH FORMATION 2025-2026!
- Regular Online Registration for 2025-2026 Children’s Faith Formation (CFF) classes has now paused.
  
  The CFF team is now processing existing registrations and preparing for the beginning of the program year. Several classes are full, but we will accept late registrations for classes on a space available basis, most likely beginning the first week of September. Please submit a request for late registration by completing the form below, and CFF Staff will get back to you with information on which classes have availability for new enrollments. We will offer late registrations in the order requests were received.
  
  Note for 5th and 6th graders: With the announcement of 2026 confirmation formation at Good Shepherd your registration has reopened. Please fill out the form below and a CFF representative will contact you ASAP.
