Father Foley receives many requests, and this form helps ensure that he and the Parish staff have all the information needed to review your proposal in an organized and thoughtful way.
  Please note that all ministries must be fully consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church in order to be considered.
  Our parish staff will review your information and respond within two business days with next steps or any additional questions that both the Parish and the Diocese may require.
